Hoarding Disorder is a condition often referred to occupational therapy for comprehensive assessment and intervention, however the strategies that professionals use in clinical management of hoarding behaviors poorly understood. The purpose this mixed methods survey design research was collect analyze information on beliefs, attitudes, perceptions common effective intervention techniques currently used among address behaviors. A total 18 (n = 18) responding met inclusion criteria. Occupational universally indicated environmental modification were utilized as an manage behaviors, majority participants also ADL training, IADL household mobility occupation-based therapeutic activity, personal safety training self-management interventions Disorder.
